Occasionally, the Council may hold meetings online using the Zoom video-conferencing platform. Residents will be informed of the details and locations of these meetings through the publication of the agenda.

Members of the public are welcome to attend both online and in-person meetings as observers. While they cannot participate in discussions, a dedicated public time agenda item is included in all regular meeting agendas. This allows members of the public to voice concerns or comment on any agenda items under discussion.

All meeting agendas are published at least three clear days before the meeting date, and the minutes of the meetings will be published after formal ratification and approval at the subsequent monthly council meeting.
